• April 21, 2008: The fourth Premier Tech System (PTS) plant is successfully live today. This last go live completes a seven-month implementation plan for PTS.
• April 16, 2008: Premier Horticulture Limited, sister company of Premier Tech System, signed an agreement with ulySoft to control data collection in its 21 sites. The ulySoft solution will manage 15 union contracts rules.

• September 27, 2007: Premier Tech System, affiliate of Premier Tech Limited, acquires ulyS Time Management Solution to manage real time data collection by production work order.
• June 18, 2007: Transcontinental Interweb Montréal, Boucherville, Qc, completes the go live process of the ulyS solution integrated with Globetek software of printing invoicing.
• June 26, 2006: Transcontinental Interweb Montreal uses the Labour Scheduling module to create and manage each department's schedule. The new scheduling process is a success.
• June 12, 2006: Stadacona S.E.C. goes live with the entire ulyS suite throughout the entire organization. Labour scheduling and time collection by work order for the maintenance department were the two key elements of the go live. ulyS supplies gross earnings to Oracle payroll and time worked on work orders to Oracle maintenance system.
• March 2006: ulySoft introduces ulySKiosk, its new Windows® based customer interface for data entry and employee self service. It integrates ulySTerm functionnalities.
• October, 2005: Transcontinental Interweb Montreal division of Transcontinetal Printing chose ulySoft for its project MANNING.
• September, 2005: F. F SOUCY S.E.C. (Before F.F. Soucy inc.) chose ulySoft as supplier of the employee scheduling and time management integrated solution. F.F. SOUCY made sure of a partner who offers a service integrated by installation, by implementation, by training, by maintenance and customer service.

• June, 2005: ulySoft adds an important function in his process of validation. The process of check and compatible audit respecting the Canadian rule 198 and the American law Sarbanes-Oxley was delivered and implemented at Abitibi-Consolidated. This function was integrated into the common version of ulyS.
• ulySoft exhibits ulyS at Paper Week in Montréal on February 7 to 10 2005. Paper Week is co-hosted by the Pulp and Paper Technical Association of Canada(PAPTAC), the Forest Products Association of Canada and the Pulp and Paper Products Council.
