Our implementation methodology consists of four (4) continuous phases: Identification, Adaptation and Configuration, Training and Go Live.
Identification
This is the most important stage of the implementation process.
During the pre-sales activity, your business needs are identified. It is important to validate them and to determine the level of detail, the project scope as well as the project plan.
It is also at this stage that we identify the links between host applications and the ulyS application.
Adaptation and Configuration
Our efforts are, mainly focused to provide you with a flexible solution to manage the application according to your needs.
The diversity and complexity of work rules and business rules, are a constant challenge, so we do not claim to address all the subtleties of our customers' needs.
At this stage, you have to make decisions that will perhaps command to change some business processes, to use workarounds, or to modify the application.
Also at this stage, the ulySoft Consultants configure the database: operational structure, security, work and business rules in accordance with decisions taken during the ”Project Definition” activity
Training
Training, such as “Train the Trainers", is provided to project team members who are experts in their operational area. These are called user-experts.
Our team of qualified trainers use the previously configured database to allow user-experts to fully understand the processes of labour management specific to your organization. These training sessions are delivered at your location.
At this stage, we jointly prepare the end-user training.
Go Live
Integrated tests
At this stage, you validate your business processes with test cases. We assist you during this activity, either on-site or remotely.
We provide assistance to make any necessary configuration adjustments to obtain the desired results.
Parallel
If your implementation processes require executing a parallel between solutions, we can assist you on-site or remotely.
Go Live
When you are ready to Go Live, we proceed to a readiness assessment to secure each stage of the process.
We provide a monitoring tool called "Go Live Readiness Assessment”.
We also assist you through the first pay cycle, and the following one(s) if needed, to answer the various questions or help solve problems that may arise.
