Identification

This is the most important stage of the implementation process. Although the pre-sales cycle generally identifies high-level business requirements, it is important to detail all of them and plan the project.

Jointly, we will identify the discrepancies between the current operation process and the software best business practice.

Adaptation

Although our efforts are essentially concentrated to offer a flexible and user controlled solution, we are not pretending to be able to address all the subtleties of all our clients. The diversity and complexity of the labour contracts represent our constant challenge. In addition, it is through the challenges that we encounter every day that we evaluate ourselves.

This results in delivering a flexible, parameter-driven software solution.

You will have to make some decisions about either reengineering some business processes and / or ask for software modifications.

Configuration

The implementation of ulyS software needs to rigorously configure the ulyS database. Our approach consists to develop for you a configuration plan by sessions. These sessions will help to configure the software to meet your business requirements using the live operational data.

The configuration sessions offered by ulySoft facilitate the users understanding and help your organization to reach an optimal use of the built-in functions.

Our highly qualified Experts in knowledge transfer can also teach your users basic computer skills to maximize the use of ulyS and to help your organization quickly reach a greater autonomy.

These configuration sessions are available in our training center or directly on site. The strength and uniqueness of this implementation stage comes from the fact that we deliver interactive configuration sessions. These sessions will help to configure the software to meet your business requirements using the live operational data.

Go Live

When you are ready to run ulyS in production, our experts will assess the go live operation, which will secure the Go Live process. Then, during the first pay cycle (or longer, if needed), we will assist and support you on site in order to respond quickly to any questions or problem.
